1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping to the following regions:

✔️ Australia & New Zealand
✔️ Selected International Destinations

🚫 We do not ship to:
❌ P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses
❌ Restricted countries due to legal or carrier limitations

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
  • Custom-made or personalized items may require an additional 3-5 business days before shipment.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) will be processed the next business day.

We partner with USPS, FedEx, DHL, and UPS for secure and timely delivery.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.
  • You can track your package on our website or directly through the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Delays & Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

🚨 Lost Packages: If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.
🚨 Stolen Packages: Regal Gemstone is not liable for stolen packages. We recommend selecting a signature-required shipping option for secure delivery.
🚨 Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by their country.
  • We do not control these fees and recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
  • If an order is refused due to unpaid customs fees, it will not be eligible for a refund.

8. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours after purchase.
  • Once an order has been processed, we cannot make any changes.
