Refund & Returns Policy

At Regal Gemstone, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations, and we are committed to making the return and refund process as smooth as possible. Please read our policy carefully to ensure a hassle-free experience.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

✔️ The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
✔️ Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
✔️ The customer must provide a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, receipt).

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry (e.g., engraved pieces, made-to-order designs).
  • Gift cards and promotional items.
  • Earrings and other body jewelry due to hygiene reasons (unless defective or damaged upon arrival).
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.

If your item does not meet the eligibility criteria, we may not be able to process your return. Please contact our support team for further assistance.


2. How to Initiate a Return

If you wish to return an item, follow these steps to ensure a smooth process:

1️⃣ Contact Our Support Team

  • Email returns@regalgemstone.com with your order number, a brief reason for the return, and any relevant photos (if applicable).
  • Wait for our team to review your request.

2️⃣ Receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number

  • Once your return is approved, we will send you an RA number along with return shipping instructions.
  • Returns sent without an RA number may not be processed.

3️⃣ Package & Ship the Item

  • Securely pack the item in its original packaging to avoid damage during transit.
  • Clearly label the package with the RA number.
  • Ship the package using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4️⃣ Processing & Refund

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees and any applicable restocking fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • It may take 5-7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us.

💳 Refund Options:

  • Original Payment Method – Refund will be credited to the card, PayPal, or other payment method used at checkout.
  • Store Credit – You may opt for store credit instead of a refund for a faster resolution and future purchases.

🚫 Non-Refundable Fees:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Any restocking fees (if applicable) will be deducted from the total refund amount.

4. Exchange Policy

We understand that you may want a different product, color, or size. Exchanges are allowed under the following conditions:

✔️ The item must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns.
✔️ Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
✔️ If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.

🔄 How to Exchange an Item:

  • Contact us at returns@regalgemstone.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
  • Follow the return process above, and once we receive your item, we will send the replacement.

📦 Exchange Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, but we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

We take pride in the quality of our products, but if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will make it right.

✔️ Contact us at support@regalgemstone.com within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue.
✔️ We will provide a free return shipping label for defective or incorrect items.
✔️ A full refund or replacement will be offered based on your preference.

🚫 Damage Claims Beyond 7 Days:

  • If you report a defective or damaged item after 7 days, we may not be able to process a free replacement or refund.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not been received within 10 business days, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Check Your Bank Account – Refunds may take several days to appear in your statement.
2️⃣ Contact Your Payment Provider – Some banks or credit card companies take additional processing time.
3️⃣ Reach Out to Us – If you have done the above and still haven’t received your refund, email support@regalgemstone.com with your order details.


7. International Returns & Refunds

🌎 We accept international returns, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
📦 Ensure that the package is properly declared to avoid additional customs fees.
⏳ Refund processing for international orders may take 10-15 business days.
